Jen Kistler started Magical Moments Vacations back in 2010, after working as a travel agent since 2005. The agency started with just a handful of agents, and a dream of creating magical moments for clients across the county. Magical Moments Vacations has grown and won numerous awards over the years, thanks to the amazing women and men who've joined our family, as well as the founding values of honesty, integrity and trust. 

Mike Paradiso has been with Magical Moments Vacations since 2016. In his current role as VP of Agency Operations, he assists in all areas of our agency management. He also helps facilitate our agency conferences and on-site training. 

Shawn Lapeyrouse has been a travel agent with Magical Moments Vacations since 2014.  With her administrative background of organizing large conferences, maintaining databases and leading teams of volunteers, she was a great fit for Magical Moments Vacation’s needs for an agent to work with the many suppliers MMV partners with and supporting our agents in all of their administrative needs. 

Ashley Ebey has been a travel agent with Magical Moments Vacations since 2014. Ashley has a background in food and travel photography, as well as a passion for marketing travel destinations. Ashley has assisted MMV with their various social media accounts over the last two years in numerous ways and was a natural fit stepping into this position.

Marisa Kistler has been a travel agent with Magical Moments Vacations since 2020. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist others makes her a great fit for the Magical Moments Vacations Management Team. She serves as Accounting Manager and Office Manager for our home office.

Joani Glasgow has been an agent with Magical Moments Vacations since 2012.  Her longevity in the agency, her attention to detail, and her strong administrative skills make her the perfect fit as our Education Support Manager. She provides support, direction and feedback to our Academy agents, and guides them  through their initial formative journey with our agency.
