MMV Academy Plus

 

Our MMV Academy Plus is designed to onboard our incoming agents that have previous experience, that would desire a refresher to sharpen your skills and provide you with a strong foundation upon which to grow your travel business.  Like the MMV Academy for new agents, with MMV Academy Plus, you will have a special group where you will receive hands-on experience and personal coaching from our Academy Management, Leadership and Top Agents at an expedited pace. Your 3-Month comprehensive onboarding program will include online education modules, assignments, practice quote assignments, supplier training, webinars, and on-destination training opportunities when available.  We aim to help foster our agents to become well-rounded in diverse travel destinations to set you up for success! 

Academy Plus - Commission Split
 

• 70% upon signing. Increasing to 90% with competitive level enhancements
   

• 80%  for IATA Qualified Agent (documented earnings of $5000 or more in commission in the past 12 months, or past calendar year)
