I hope by now you have had a chance to review the Walt Disney World Vacation pricing that I sent over to you. You have picked a very popular time to visit Walt Disney World. Those parks will be decked, top to bottom, with all the magic and pageantry of Christmas. Meaning, the closer we get to your travel time frame, the less availability we will see within the resorts that I quoted you.
Do you wish to move forward with planning this trip? Or should we proverbially shelve it for now? If you do wish to shelve it, would you mind sending me a little bit of feedback? This will help me improve my processes as an agent, as well as better familiarize myself with the expectations of both my past and present travelers. It doesn't need to be too terribly in depth. It can be something as simple as....
- The costs were greater than I expected.
- It's still on, we just need a little more time to decide.
- We won't be able to do it this year. But would like to do it next year instead.
- No one else in my travel party wants to take this trip.
- Can you provide me with an alternative destination? (Universal, Disneyland, Mexico or the Caribbean, a cruise)
- We are going in a different direction, thanks anyway. (bonus points for letting me know what direction might be)
