Our Onboarding Process
We offer three onboarding programs designed to support agents at different experience levels. Before applying, please take a moment to review these programs to determine which best fits your background and goals.

What Happens Next?

Applications are reviewed as openings arise. If selected, you will be contacted within one week to schedule an interview.

Please only submit your application if you are ready to move forward immediately should you be selected.
Experienced Agent Incentive
If you have 1+ years of travel agent experience, you qualify as an Experienced Agent and are eligible for our Exclusive Welcome Incentive:
✅ 90% commission on all commissions payable during your first 6 months with Magical Moments Vacations!
Contract Offers & Signing

If offered a contract, you will have 72 hours from the date of receipt to complete the agreement and pay the required administrative fees.
Onboarding
-
Agents who have signed their contract and paid administrative fees will be onboarded on the 1st or 15th of each month.

Note: Occasionally, exceptions apply. For example, January onboarding will take place on February 10th.
